Our Promise
- You control your Hidden Holo account—and the data that comes with it.
- We only keep what we need to provide the service and stay compliant with local laws.
- When you say delete, we remove your submissions, photos, and personal details from our systems.
How to Download or Delete
- Go to your account page to download a full copy of your data or start a deletion request.
- If you delete your account, your profile, check history, and photos are permanently removed.
- Still unsure? Email support@hiddenholo.com and we’ll walk you through the steps.
What We Keep
- Aggregated stats, like total checks per region, that no longer identify you.
- System warnings or moderator actions that help us diagnose issues (without personal details).
- Anything we’re legally required to hold on to (currently none).
Need Help?
Email support@hiddenholo.com if you can’t log in but need your data exported or deleted.
We respond to every privacy request within 30 days and confirm once it’s complete.
