Hidden Holo Terms of Use
These terms explain the ground rules for using Hidden Holo. By creating an account or contributing check-ins, you agree to follow them.
Community Standards
- Only submit check-ins you have witnessed in person. Do not upload photos you do not have rights to share.
- Respect store policies and local laws—Hidden Holo does not encourage loitering or unauthorized photography.
- Abusive behaviour (harassment, spam, false reporting) can result in immediate removal of membership privileges.
Accounts & Membership
- All accounts require approval from a regional leader or administrator before submitting check-ins.
- Leaders and moderators may suspend or remove access to protect the integrity of regional data.
- You may deactivate or permanently delete your account at any time from the account settings page.
Data & Privacy
- Hidden Holo stores your submissions (status updates, notes, and photos) on Amazon S3 within the configured region.
- You can export or delete your data following the procedures described on the privacy page.
- We retain anonymised aggregates for analytics while removing personally identifiable details when an account is deleted.
Limitations
- Hidden Holo is provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy or availability of stock information.
- We are not responsible for damages arising from incorrect check-ins or outages of the service.
- We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
