Download My Data
Visit your account page to export every check, photo URL, membership, and audit entry tied to your profile.
Delete My Account
Choose “Delete Permanently” from the same page to remove your profile, history, and media. We will email confirmation once the erasure is complete.
Your Rights
- Download a copy of your account data at any time from the account page.
- Request permanent deletion of your profile, checks, photos, and notifications. Deletion is irreversible.
- Deactivate your account if you simply need a pause—content remains until you choose to delete.
How Deletion Works
- Deletion requests remove your checks, photos, memberships, notification preferences, and audit log entries that contain personally identifiable information.
- Stored photos are erased from Amazon S3 as part of the process. Any errors are logged and retried until complete.
- Backups follow the Hidden Holo retention window—contact support if you need written confirmation once the operation finishes.
What We Keep
- Aggregated metrics that no longer identify you (for example, total checks per region).
- System audit entries about moderator actions or system health that do not include user-identifiable data.
- Records needed to comply with law-enforcement or payment requirements, if those ever apply (currently none).
How to Get Help
- Use the account page to export or delete your data instantly.
- If you cannot sign in, email support@hiddenholo.com and include the email tied to your account.
- We respond to privacy requests within 30 days and track them in our deletion request log for auditing purposes.
